Let’s be real: starting to run is never easy. But big goals need big effort! For me, 2025 means spending A LOT of time on my feet. Why? Because I’m training for a 24-hour hike in June. Success won’t come easy, but every step gets me closer. Let’s go!

Sitting here and typing these words feels almost nostalgic. Blogs and I – we’ve always had a special connection. My first blog? That was back in 2010. Blogging was so different back then. Personal, free, without algorithms deciding who sees what. I had all kinds of blogs: a personal one, a running blog, even a photo blog with a friend. It wasn’t about perfection or reach; it was simply about sharing thoughts, pictures, and moments.
Then Instagram and all the other platforms came along. Suddenly, blogs felt … well, outdated. Social media became fast, loud, fleeting – and I went along with it, like most people. But I always had this feeling that something was missing.
Now, at the end of 2024, I’m ready to go back. Back to a space that isn’t driven by likes, followers, or algorithms. I want to blog again – minimal, simple, raw. No fancy features, no complex design. My new blog will be just that: simple and honest. A space where I can share whatever’s on my mind.
Maybe someone will read it, maybe not. And that’s okay. I’m doing this for me – just like I did back then.
